Kalena Helmer, PT, is the director of physical therapy at our Rowlett facility. She is a 2006 graduate of Texas Woman's university receiving her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M. She is currently seeking her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from TWU as well as her manual therapy certification.
Kalena has special interests in manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. She has clinical experience ranging from out-patient orthopedics, in-patient rehabilitation, and acute care.
Britt Hason, PT, is a physical therapist who has been a licensed practitioner since 2000. She attended Texas Woman's University and earned her Bachelor's of Science in Human Biology, along with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has experience in a variety of physical therapy settings which include the hospital, home health care, and out patient care. She has served clients of all ages from the pediatric to geriatric population.
Britt has special interests in exercise and nutrition as a means for preventing diseases and improving over all physical and emotional health. Britt is a bilingual therapist (Spanish).
Wendy Davidson, PT graduated from the University of Oklahoma but is a native Texan. She has been practicing since 1993 with emphasis in aquatic therapy and manual therapy. Her focus has been orthopedics throughout her career with an additional interest in spine.
Sharon Klug, Physical Therapist Assistant, or PTA. Graduated from Tarrant County College with an Associates degree in Applied Science, with honors, May 1998. 6 years worked at Campbell Hospital in Weatherford, TX mainly doing in patient, out patient, and wound care. Moved to Dallas from Fort Worth in 2004 and at that time joined the Rehab Management team. Continuing Education specialties include a variety of manual techniques, orthopedics, wound care, and nutrition.
