Chad Simons, PT, graduated from Angelo State University with a Master's Degree in physical therapy. He has completed internships in Ft. Worth at Harris Methodist, and in New Mexico. He is completing his training in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment for the spine. Chad also has a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in athletic training where he worked with the Football, Soccer, Track, Baseball, and Dance teams at both the collegiate and high school levels.
